As Store Manager you will:

• Ensure that your customers receive an experience that exceeds industry standards each and every time.
• Build and oversee a team of 8-12 individuals including assistant managers, lead technicians, and certified technicians who will perform light duty preventive maintenance services on personal and fleet vehicles such as: Full-service oil changes, engine and cabin air filter replacement, wiper blade replacement, fluid exchange services, and tire pressure adjustment.

• Effectively communicate the benefits of our products and services to the customers while addressing their needs.

• Constantly develop your team members, maintaining an open line of communication ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality control at all times.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Monitor inventory levels and restock as needed.
• Maintain constant communication with the District Manager to ensure current company policy, goals, and budgets are being met at all times.
• Strategically handle all customer complaints.

The ideal candidate:

• Will bring positive energy and be ready to work as part of a winning team.
• Eager to learn and improve.
• Lift up to 50lbs
• Have full mobility and can stand for extended periods of time.
• Able to work in hot and/or cold environments.
• Have the desire to provide an exceptional customer experience.
